Grape Variety: Primitivo 100%.

Vineyards: Apulian sapling.

Grape picking time: Early september.

Mothod of picking: Hand picking, with a careful selection of the grapes and immediate transport to the winery.

Vinification techonology: Red vinification. After the pressing of the grapes, yhe must stays in maceration whit the

grapes skins for 5-7 days. the fermantation temperature is kept between 24-26 degrees Celsius.

Refinement: 15 months in Oak tunneau and barrique.

Organoleptic characteristics: Deep ruby red, with purpled shades, an intense bouquet with cheery and plum aromas

and spicy notes. Deep bodied, the flavour is soft and dry.

Gastronomic accompaniment: This wines goes perfectly with laborious roast and flavoured dishes, greatly appreciated

with seasoned cheeses.

Serving temperature: It needs to be served at room temperature, the bottle needs to be opened at least 30 mins

before serving.
